Task / Responsibilities

For dedicated CBL Regulatory project streams, as PMO:

  • Support the budget management process, including capacity planning, financial reporting, invoice handling, etc.
  • Manage booking activities using the Clarity tool;
  • Coordinative role as point of contact within the IT organisation, senior management and central functions;
  • Support Settlement IT – Product performance with Contract Management;
  • Organization of weekend implementations (if needed);
  • Support the project stream leads in any project related activity

Qualifications/Required Skills

  • University degree in economics, finance or similar degree in a relevant field of expertise
  • Around 3 years’ experience in a Project Management Officer role
  • Very good analytical skills, structured working method and safe handling with financials
  • Independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility
  • Solution-oriented working methods as well as excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet challenging project deadlines
  • Knowledge of SUMMIT methodology
  • Knowledge of Outlook and SAP-systems
  • Microsoft suite expertise (especially in excel)
  • Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English; German/ French language skills will be an asset
